Tours Peru - Itinerary
Day 1. Arrival in Lima
Day 2. Lima

Breakfast at your hotel. Tour of Colonial and Modern Lima and a visit to the Gold Museum.
This half day tour visits, both the colonial and modern sections of this “City of Kings” Colonial site, include the lovely Plaza de Armas with its cathedral and palace, and the exquisite Torre Tagle Palace, modern day seat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In modern Lima, drive along the exclusive residential areas of Miraflores and San Isidro. Then visit Peru's famous museum, which houses a priceless collection of pre-Colombian gold artifacts, as well as the private armory of Miguel Mujica Gallo. |

Day 3. Lima/Cuzco
Breakfast and transfer to Jorge Chavez International Lima Airport. Flight to Cuzco. Transfer to your selected hotel.
Cuzco, the Capital City of the Inca Empire, is located in the Peruvian Andes range at 11217 feet above sea level. Day for relaxing and acclimatizing to the high altitude. The name of Cuzco in Quechua, second language of Peru, is Qusqu. This city of Cuzco is been constitutional declared by the Peru’s Congress as the Historic Capitol of Peru. |
Day 4. Cuzco / Pisac / Ollantaytambo
Breakfast at your hotel.
Full Day Excursion to the Pisac Indian Market and the Ollantaytambo Fortress (Operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays only).
Morning departure for a drive through the fertile countryside to the colonial village of Pisac.
During your visit to the bustling marketplace, you will have the opportunity to bargain with the locals for many different types of Peruvian handicrafts and jewelry. After lunch the tour continues to the village of Ollantaytambo for a visit to its impressive Inca fortress. Later return to hotel. |

Day 5. Cuzco

Tour to Cuzcoand its ruins.
This afternoon's tour of the oldest continuously inhabited city in the western hemisphere includes important landmarks of enchanting Cuzco and also the nearby ruins of Kenko, Puca-pucara, Tambomachay as well as the Sacsayhuaman fortress. Once in the center of the Inca civilization, modern Cuzco is a delightful combination of Inca and colonial architecture. During the tour, you will visit Cuzco's Cathedral, Santo Domingo Church and the Plaza de Armas. Later return to hotel |
Day 6. Cuzco / Machu Picchu

Breakfast at your hotel. Full day excursion to one of the Seven Worders of the World, Machu Picchu, (Quechua: Machu Pikchu) with overnight stay. Advance passport information is required for the train ride. Early wake up for a ride on the Vistadome Train through the sacred valley of Urubamba to the "Lost City of the Incas", Machu Picchu. Machu Picch is a pre-Columbian Inca site perched 8,200 feet above the valley, it was hidden by mountains and semi-tropical jungles for 400 years until discovered by Hiram Bingham of Yale University in 1911. |
Archaeologists believe that the Inca "Virgins of the Sun" took refuge from the Spanish Conquistadors here. Guided tour of the ruins upon arrival. Lunch included. Afternoon return to your hotel in Aguas Calientes.
Overnight at the hotel located in Aguas Calientes City, nearby Machu Picchu Citadella.
Machu Picchu was declared a Peruvian Historical Sanctuary in 1981 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983.

Day 7. Cuzco / Machu Picchu

Breakfast at your hotel.
Morning at you leisure to enjoy one of the most incredible sights on Earth, the ruins of Machu Picchu. Take as much time as you need to study the mysterious ruins, hike Huayna Picchu, stroll to the Inca Bridge or walk toward the Inca Trail to find the legendary Sun Gate. Second day re-entry to Citadella Ruins not included. Additional fee may apply. In the afternoon we will provide you with a shuttle bus to the train station for your return trip to Cuzco on board of Vistadome, click here for the schedule information. Upon arrival transfer from rail station to hotel in Cuzco for overnight. |

Day 8. Cuzco / Home

Breakfast at your hotel and check out at before noon. Transfer from hotel to the Cuzco‘s Airport for your departing flight to Lima. Overnight flight from Lima to home. |
