Arrival to Buenos Aires, transfer to your selected hotel. .
In the afternoon, half a day tour through the most interesting and historical locations of the city. This tour will take you through the world’s famous 9 de Julio Avenue. You will have the opportunity to see the Presidential House, (The Pink House), the historical Plaza de Mayo, El Cabildo, the Congress, the district of San Telmo, ending at the Italian/Portuguese district, La Boca, where the famous Caminito street inspired its homonym tango song.
If you still have time, we recommend visiting Recoleta and its historical cementery. The cemetery includes graves of some of the most influential and important people in Argentina, including former presidents, scientists, and wealthy characters. Eva Perón is the best known person buried in this cemetery. You can also visit Café Tortoni to enjoy a good cup of hot chocolate and good pastries.

Day 3. Buenos Aires Tours |

Breakfast. Enjoy the optional Fiesta Gaucha full day tour with lunch. The Fiesta Gaucha is the most typical Argentinean party. This event is celebrated in La Hacienda, located outside Buenos Aires. You will see the argentinean cowboys performing their unique skills in horse riding, traditional games, BBQ cooking and more. The typical Argentinean BBQ lunch will be served. Native music and dance will be also performed. This tour runs are not daily. We strongly recommend to book in advance.

Day 4. Buenos Aires Tours |

Breakfast. Day at your leisure. We suggest a tour by the Delta del Tigre (River Plate Delta). A cruise that will take you through the Delta’s mayor tributaries surrounded by thick vegetation and magnificent river views. To get there, you will drive through the most elegant suburban districts, such as San Isidro. Most of the mansions in this neighborhood belong to the traditional aristocratic families.
We also suggest taking the Tren de la Costa. This small train will take you around the cost line. The railway has some attractive stations with shops, cinemas, modern bars and restaurants.
If day 4 is to be a Sunday, Fería de Antiguedades de San Telmo is a very traditional gathering place of the local’s who are looking for antiques, restaurants, café’s, the surrounding architecture, tango street dancing, and a bohemian atmosphere complement this exciting fair.
For the evening, we recommend a theater night and a tasting of the famous argentinean meat.

Day 5. Buenos Aires Tours - Tierra del Fuego - Ushuaia |

An early transfer to the Buenos Aires airport in bound to the most austral city of the world, USHUAIA, located in the province of Tierra del Fuego. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. This city is known as “the end of the world”, since it is located on the southern end of the province, facing the Beagle Channel, and surrounded by the Marital Mounts Range, towering at its back. The surrounding views are impressive. After registration in the hotel, a city tour with a visit to the Museo del Fin del Mundo (End of the World Museum). At this point, you will be only 447 miles away from the South Pole.
This museum exhibits an important patrimony related to the history of the city and its primitive inhabitants, the Yaghans. The Yaghan people were some of the earliest known humans settling in Tierra del Fuego, occurred more than 10,000 years ago. Days are longer from September to April so, in addition, you may have more daytime to navigate between Argentina and Chile, along the historical Beagle Canal, on a large Catamaran. Day 6. Tierra del Fuego - Ushuaia |

After breakfast at your hotel, we suggest taking an optional tour to Tierra del Fuego National Park. The park is a fantastic natural space where numerous flora and fauna species live together in harmony. Thirty percent of the park takes place in the Andean-Patagonia or Sub Antarctic Forest.
A true ecological experience of 63.000 Km2. The visit may include a ride on the Tren del Fin del Mundo (End of the World Train), former prisoners’s transportation. During the trip, the small historical train will stop at several locations for you to enjoy the scenery and taste local foods.
You will have the opportunity of visiting beautiful places within the park, like Lago Roca (Roca Lake), nearby teahouses and relaxing places. There´s also the Pipo river cascade, and Ensenada Bay, where it´s possible to embark in a small boat and head towards Isla Redonda (Round Shaped Island), a flora protected zone. Day 7. Tierra de Fuego - Calafate |

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport in bound to Calafate, a small town that nest at the base of a cliff on the shore of the vast Lago Argentino (Argentine Lake). Rest of the day at your total leisure. A few meters from the center of the town, a gravel road leads to Laguna Nimes (Nimes Lagoon), near the lake shore, a small bird reserve which houses an important population of different birds. Days are longer from September to April. Enjoy them with an optional night tour with dinner and show at El Galpón, a ranch located on a mid-size hill on the Lago Argentino. At El Galpon, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a guided walking or a horse ride; from there you can observe Perito Moreno Glacier´s iceberg falling. Later, a demonstration of herding dogs leading the patagonian sheperds to safe areas in order to spend the night. The optional include a good delicious dinner with show of tango and folklore dancers. During the return to your hotel you can enjoy a spectacular view of Calafate night sky, where sometimes it´s possible to watch the Aurora Australis. Day 8. Santa Cruz - Calafate |

Breakfast. Full day tour to Perito Moreno Glacier, one of nature’s most beautiful works of arts. Pick up at the hotel to board the bus on the way to the Perito Moreno Glacier, 47 miles from Calafate. This park covers a surface of approximately 5,500 square miles fully protected by the National Park Administration of the Argentinan Authorities. The tour includes navigation on the north side of the Glacier on board of an ecological Catamaran. The vessel will approach safely to the 200,000 ft. high ice wall, which makes it an imposing glacier. Some passengers *may disembark for a walk on the glacier (with booking and pre-qualification), the rest of the group will return to the port for a bus transfer to the south side of the glacier. Time for lunch (no meal included) then the walking tour starts, a soft to moderate walk on safe wooden and metal stairs 3 level trails, to observe the glaciers and hear the thunder sound, amplified by the echo, of the fallen apart of giant ice walls over the Argentinian Lake. The Perito Moreno Glacier has been declared by UCESCO as a Mankind’s Heritage natural wonder. Then late afternoon return to your selected hotel.

Day 9. Santa Cruz - Calafate |

Breakfast. Day at you leisure.
We suggest the one-day tour to Uspala Glacier and Bahia de Onelli (Onelli´s Bay). This tour takes you by boat to one of the biggest and unique glaciers on Earth. Another optional tour is the half day tour with lunch to Cerro Frías (Frias Hill) a 4 hour soft adventure on a 4 x 4 wheel-vehicle, driven by experts on the narrow gravel of the area. If you chose to stay more days in Calafate, we also recommend the full day tour to El Chalten and the full day tour to Torres del Pines on the chilean side. Day 10. Calafate - Trelew - Puerto Madryn |

Breakfast. Transfer from Calafate’s airport to Trelew.
Upon arrival at Trelew, we will transfer you to Puerto Madryn to stay at your select hotel. The rest of the day at your leisure. This city is located on the Golfo Nuevo (New Golf), protected by the Patagonian steppe hills at its back, and facing the intense cobalt blue of the ocean. Puerto Madryn is attractive mainly due its nearby marine fauna reserves. The city itself and its outskirts offer a series of perfect sites to get involved in the matter of marine life and ecology. There is an
interesting oceanographic and natural science museum and the modern Econocentro, an interactive interpretative center that allows visitors getting in touch with local wild life. From June to end of November is possible to see whales just by walking on the beach. |

Day 11. Chubut - Puerto Madryn - Peninsula Valdes |

Breakfast. A full -day guided tour to Península Valdes. Departure from your hotel in the morning for an excursion to Valdés Peninsula. Entrance to it by Itsmo Ameghino and stop in the interpretation centre to access to their observation deck, strategic located, for a full view of Itsmo Ameghino and the peninsula. Excursion goes on to Pirámides Port, where navigation in small boats can be made to see whale specimens between June and December, or elephant seals or even dolphins during the rest of the year (optional). Later, we will leave to Caleta Valdés to have lunch (optional) and see sea elephants. After lunch, we will go to the southern portion of the peninsula, known as Punta Delgada to see the elephant seals. On our way back, passing the Salinas we can enjoy the terrestrial fauna, and in case we fail to sail in the morning for bad weather, we will go past Pirámides Port for sighting. Return to Puerto Madryn in the late afternoon. |

Day 12. Puerto Madryn - Buenos Aires Tours |

Breakfast. Chek-out from the hotel before noon. We suggest an optional seasonal (October to March) full day tour to Puerto Tombo. We depart early in the morning with the luggage, to visit a fauna reservation in Punta Tombo. The reserve is surrounded by the typical lonesome and arid landscapes of the Patagonia Plateau, where life seems to be impossible; this is just an illusion; if you learn to observe in detail, you will discover all the life richness hidden in its bushes and under the endless looking sky. Punta Tombo is the most important and largest Magallanes Penguin colony; over one million penguins arrive there between October and March. Their colony becomes larger in November, over half million baby penguins born. Of course, there are also lambs (typical patagonian livestock), as well as guanacos and choiques (ostriches), maras (patagonian hares), foxes, and martinetas (patagonian large birds). Prepare your camera to capture this unusual visit. Later we will drive you to a small welsh community town known as Gaiman to stop at Ty Te Caerdydd (the house of welsh Tea) visited by Lady Di (former princess of Wales) on 1995; here you can enjoy assortment of home made delicatessen as celtic fruitcakes, welsh cakes, fruit jams, scones, etc. (all home made); they are spread on the table covered with a blue and white gingham cloth, porcelain cups, teapots covered with crochet design. The soft welsh music and the fine decorated rooms make you almost forget that you are a whole hemisphere away from Wales until a hostess, carrying a fresh tray of pastries, smiles and asks:” ¿Quiere más pastelitos?” ''Would you like more pastries?''. Consumption is not included. After some pictures on the lovely gardens we will head to Trelew City to visit its anthropological museum (subject to your departure flight this visit may be cancelled) then transfer to the Trelew´s Airport to board your flight to Buenos Aires (B.A). Breakfast. Our last day in Argentina. Check out time is at noon. We can leave your luggage with the concierge and do some last minute shopping, or eat in La Recoleta or Puerto Madero area, two elegant neighborhoods, with plenty of good and affordable restaurants, café’s, and shopping center. Just in front of La Recoleta you have the one of the world´s most renowned cemetery with its impressive mausoleums.
