Usa \/ Iguazu Falls<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter breakfast at your hotel transfer to Iguaz\u00fa Falls (Argentina\u00b4s side). Full day visit to the Argentinean side of the falls. We\u00b4ll be able to walk near by them in a safe environment . The Argentinean side has numerous walkways that meander under the crashing waters torrent. Ask for this additional feature.The Iguaz\u00fa Falls are taller than the Ni\u00e1gara Falls and twice as wide, with 275 cascades spread in a horseshoe shape. This falls are the result of a volcanic eruption. The tremendous amount of water (an average of 553 cubic feet per second) thundering down 269 feet, the tropical location and the sheer beauty led Eleanor Roosevelt to say: \u201cPoor Niagara\u201d. Four times as width as Ni\u00e1gara Falls, Iguaz\u00fa Falls are divided by various islands into separate waterfalls. During rainy season (November to March), the flow rate may reach arround 12,750 cubic meters per second (450,000 cubic feet). An UNESCO WORLD NATURAL HERITAGE SITE. This singular and virgin jungle ecosystem is protected by Argentine and Brazilian National Parks on either side of the cascades. It\u00b4s a popular health and summer resort founded in 1845 by German immigrants. It is named after Pedro II, the emperor of Brazil from 1831 to 1889, who adopt it as his favorite summer residence. The population goes around 300,000 people. Petr\u00f3polis is one of Rio de Janeiro&#8217;s premier mountain resorts. The lovely tree-lined streets, the palaces, mansions, and museums can be comfortably explored on foot.
